2、The paper receiving arm electric adjustment, the paper receiving height is arbitrarily selected.

3、The paper conveying platform is lifted, driven by a strong chain, and automatically lifted by light-operated switch.

4、The paper conveying platform automatically adjusts the inclination according to the stacking height of cardboard. The lifting motor drives the turbine reducer and has its own braking function, thus ensuring the fixed position of the platform.

5、Pneumatic control of the paper receiving tray. When the cardboard is stacked to a predetermined height, the paper receiving tray is pneumatically lifted out to hold the cardboard.

The paper collecting hanging basket and the paper conveying part are connected to the same wall board and simultaneously lift and lower, and the high-strength friction belt is used to convey the paper board to the paper collecting part of the hanging basket. After the paperboard enters the paper collecting part, the paper collecting hanging basket is provided with automatic and manual lifting, worm gear and worm transmission connection, and is provided with an anti-slide safety block lifting locking hook device. After the paper boards in the paper receiving part automatically slide down to the paper receiving hanging basket, the light-operated switch automatically rises. After the stacking height of the paper boards is set to 1600mm, the paper receiving supporting board automatically extends out and supports the paper boards. At this time, the paper board is still continuously sliding into the paper receiving part, and a hydraulic trailer is extended under the hanging basket to lift the paper board, then the hanging basket descends (electrically) to the lowest point, and the lifting is automatically stopped, and the paper receiving support plate is released at the same time to repeat the above actions.
