Introduction to the stacker:

Adjustment is available for each belt. The catching are and the transporting belt is independent driven, speed can be independent controlled.
Paper taking arm cylinder: 80mm×300mm.
Platform goes up and down driving motor: 2.2kw.
The transmission belt driving motor: 2.2kw
Paper stacking height: 1600mm.
When the paper stacking height reach the set point，the paper taking platform will hold the paperboard pneumatically.
The inclination of paper taking platform is changing as the height of the paper. Brake is installed to fix the platform’s position.
The paper feeding platform transmitted up and down by chain.
Side jogging device is installed to make the sheet pile in good shape.
