Features of a fully servo-controlled slotting machine

High-precision control

Uses servo motor drive, with repeat positioning accuracy up to ±0.02mm (Y/Z axis). Supports closed-loop feedback system for real-time error compensation, ensuring consistent slotting dimensions

The CNC system supports direct import of CAD drawings, achieving 0.05mm-level tool path accuracy and reducing manual intervention

High-efficiency and flexible production

Integrates multi-station alloy tools (4 replaceable blades), supporting fixed-point slotting and irregular slot processing. Changeover time is reduced to 15 minutes

Classification and Application of Digital Printers

By printing principle

Inkjet digital printer: Uses micro-piezoelectric inkjet technology, supports an eight-color ink system, resolution up to 2880dpi × 1440dpi, suitable for high-precision full-color image output. Models like YC-6025 can handle materials such as metal and ceramics.

Laser digital printer: Achieves high-speed printing through electrostatic adsorption of toner, mostly used for batch output of office documents. Printing speed can reach 137 pages/minute (A4).

By application scenario

Industrial-grade equipment: Such as universal flatbed printers, supporting large-format printing of 610mm × 2500mm, printing thickness up to 15cm, can handle cylindrical objects (diameter ≥3cm) and curved surfaces with a height difference ≤7mm.

Office multi-function printer: Integrates copying and scanning functions, suitable for the daily document processing needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.

By material compatibility

Features of a full-process suction feeding printing slotting die-cutting machine

1. Control System: Adopts a fully computerized PLC control system, capable of storing frequently used orders, enabling faster order changes and convenient operation and maintenance through its memory function.

2. Paper Feeding Unit: Employs a dual-air-box, fully servo, pressure-free paper feeding system. The paper feed rollers are independently driven by servo motors. The zero-pressure paper transfer effectively prevents damage to the paper surface, thus ensuring printing quality and cardboard strength. Compared to traditional mechanical leading-edge paper feeding, it offers higher precision, stability, and lower noise.

3. Printing Unit: Full-process vacuum suction conveying; rollers are made of lightweight alloy materials with wear-resistant ceramic coating. Equipped with a single-blade doctoring system to ensure high-quality printing.

4. Slotter Unit: Box length, width, and height are all computer-adjustable for convenience and speed.

5. Die-cutting Unit: Uses the German "Kobel" servo control system with computer-matched speed and independent drive, effectively eliminating the impact of die-cutting force on the printing unit and printing results.

6. Transmission Gears: Made of high-quality 20CrMoTi alloy steel with carburizing treatment, high-precision gear grinding, high gear accuracy, strong wear resistance, stable and reliable transmission, reaching national standard level 5.

Features of the SYK-1200 series fully automatic water-based ink printing and die-cutting (slotting) machine

1. Control System: Adopts a fully computerized PLC control system, capable of storing 999 orders; plate wiping memory, quick order change, whole machine zeroing, and precise automatic plate registration control.

2. Paper Feeding Unit: Adopts a dual-air-box, fully servo, pressure-free paper feeding system. The paper feed rollers are independently driven by servo motors. Zero-pressure paperboard transmission effectively prevents surface paper damage, impacting printing results and paperboard strength. Compared to traditional mechanical leading-edge paper feeding, it features high precision, high stability, and low noise.

3. Printing Unit: Ink Transfer System: Uses anilox rollers, rubber rollers manufactured by Jiangsu "Haili," providing excellent ink transfer and printing results. Single doctor blade system is optional.

4. Die-Cutting Unit: Adopts German "Kobi" servo control, with computer-matched speed and independent drive, thoroughly resolving the impact of die-cutting force on the printing unit and printing results. Automatic compensation for longitudinal speed difference and automatic transverse movement of the rubber pad roller increase the service life of the rubber pad.

5. Transmission Gears: Uses high-quality 20CrMoTi alloy steel with carburizing treatment, high-precision gear grinding, resulting in high gear precision, strong wear resistance, stable and reliable transmission, reaching national Grade 6 standards.

6. Electrical Control: Uses world-renowned brands such as "China Zhengtai," "Shanghai People," and "Schneider" for stability and durability, and convenient maintenance.

Features of the GSC high-speed digital printer

1. Based on the characteristics of vertical paper feeding, a fully servo paper feeding platform is specially designed. The platform is equipped with multiple rows of rollers to reduce the resistance during paper feeding. The rear paper support carriage and the rear baffle are servo-controlled and can be positioned with one button. The entire platform is designed as a floating type, and it moves left and right according to the width of the cardboard. Regardless of the size of the cardboard, it can smoothly feed paper. It is currently the only paper feeding platform equipped with high-speed printers.

2. The printer's main unit uses a five-axis servo-controlled pressure-free paper feeding method. This leading-edge paper feeding technology is independently developed by our company, featuring advanced technology, high technological content, and independent after-sales service capabilities.

3. The main air box of the printer is designed for segmented air control. The belt is a perforated synchronous belt, which can stably adsorb the cardboard and prevent belt slippage. It is driven by a servo motor.

4. The printer engine uses full computer control, and the print head is a single-channel type, commonly known as one head per color. The engine is designed with a pull-out dual-head structure. The head is equipped with double-layer linear guide rails for easy head maintenance and print head replacement and maintenance.

5. The entire machine is well-sealed, and the ink, print head, and head box are all equipped with automatic temperature control devices. The printing area is equipped with an automatic humidifier to ensure a good temperature and humidity environment required by the print head, ensuring that under normal working conditions with room temperature from -5° to 40°, air conditioning is not required, greatly facilitating the on-site production of cartons.

6. The precision print head has a built-in ink circulation function, and both waterproof pigment inks and non-waterproof dye inks can be used. The large P-size nozzle and automatic ink circulation function greatly reduce the risk of nozzle clogging during production. The frequency of cleaning the print head during printing is also greatly reduced, reducing unnecessary waste of cleaning ink and saving costs in carton production.

What are the characteristics of an automatic box gluing machine?
