Main Structure and Principle

The GSC high-speed digital printer is the third generation of printers developed by our company. The entire machine uses a Japanese-made Seiko 1536 industrial-grade printhead, targeting high-volume, high-demand cardboard production, truly achieving industrial-level production. It is a mature, reliable, and durable printing device. It enjoys a good reputation both domestically and internationally, and has become an essential tool for large-scale cardboard companies.
Technical Highlights
1. Based on the characteristics of vertical paper feeding, a fully servo paper feeding platform has been specially designed. The platform is equipped with multiple rows of rollers to reduce the resistance during paper feeding. The rear paper support carriage and the rear baffle are servo-controlled, and can be positioned with one button. The entire platform is designed as a floating type, and moves left and right according to the width of the cardboard. Regardless of the size of the cardboard, paper can be smoothly placed. This is a unique paper feeding platform currently available in high-speed printers.
2. The paper feeding method of the printer main unit is five-axis servo pressure-free paper feeding. This leading-edge paper feeding method is independently developed by our company, with advanced technology and high technological content, and has independent after-sales service capabilities.
3. The main air box of the printer is designed for segmented air control. The belt is a perforated synchronous belt, which can stably adsorb the cardboard and prevent belt slippage. It is driven by a servo motor.
4. The printer engine uses full computer control, and the printhead is single-channel, also known as one head per color. The engine is designed with a pull-out dual-head structure. The head is equipped with double-layer linear guide rails for easy head maintenance and printhead replacement and maintenance.
5. The entire machine is well-sealed, and the ink, printhead, and head box are equipped with automatic temperature control devices. The printing area is equipped with an automatic humidifier to ensure the good temperature and humidity environment required by the printhead, ensuring that under normal working conditions with room temperature from -5° to 40°, air conditioning is not required, greatly facilitating the on-site production of cardboard.
6. The Seiko printhead has a built-in ink circulation function, and both waterproof pigment inks and non-waterproof dye inks can be used. The large P-size nozzles and the automatic circulation ink path function greatly reduce the risk of nozzle clogging during production. The frequency of cleaning the printhead during printing is also greatly reduced, reducing unnecessary waste of cleaning ink and saving the cost of cardboard production.
