Introduction to the stacker:
- Adjustment is available for each belt. The catching are and the transporting belt is independent driven, speed can be independent controlled.
- Paper taking arm cylinder: 80mm×300mm.
- Platform goes up and down driving motor: 2.2kw.
- The transmission belt driving motor: 2.2kw
- Paper stacking height: 1600mm.
- When the paper stacking height reach the set point，the paper taking platform will hold the paperboard pneumatically.
- The inclination of paper taking platform is changing as the height of the paper. Brake is installed to fix the platform’s position.
- The paper feeding platform transmitted up and down by chain.
- Side jogging device is installed to make the sheet pile in good shape.
