     DSK1600 Fully Servo High-Speed Slotter

    The DSK1600 fully servo high-speed slotter is a product born out of the times, also known as the "single order king". In response to the current predicament faced by carton factories with excessive single orders, our company has promptly developed a fully servo high-speed slotter with a machine speed of 160 sheets/minute and a changeover time of less than 30 seconds/order. The fully servo control is accurate to within millimeters and is completed instantaneously.

    Technical Highlights

    1. Servo-driven pressure-free leading-edge paper feeding: High technology content and leading technology, does not damage the corrugated board, effectively maintaining the physical strength of the carton. This technology is independently developed by the company, and after-sales service is independent.

    2. One-button positioning of the side guides and rear support carriage, precise and efficient, with millimeter-level order change error.

    3. The rear support carriage is equipped with a cross switch, which can be electrically fine-tuned in the front and rear and height, effectively ensuring smooth paper feeding for various warped paperboards. The semi-hidden roller bar of the rear support carriage is also unique to our company, which can effectively control the number of sheets at the bottom of the suction platform for paperboards of different widths, making paper feeding less prone to slippage.

    4. Two sets of high-quality rubber pre-pressure wheels first pre-press the incoming paperboard to prevent the paper inside from tearing. The forming wheel is a fine-wire steel wheel, and its corresponding upper pressure line shaft is designed with a high-quality rubber sleeve, which plays a role of elastic pressure line, making the forming more perfect and less prone to line breakage, laying a good foundation for the subsequent gluing and nailing of the carton forming.

    5. The slotting and corner cutting design uses high-quality blades, opening the corners from bottom to top, so that the surface paper will not tear, and the blade is smooth and round, achieving the effect of round pressure round die-cutting. The box height adjustment is designed with an outer gear ring planetary adjustment, which is more convenient, durable, and accurate than the inner gear ring hexagonal lever structure. The upper shaft is equipped with an Italian-imported high-quality rubber pad, which has good elasticity, long service life, and is easy to replace and remove. Under working conditions, the upper shaft automatically moves axially, so that the blade does not always cut in the same position, extending the life of the pad. It is equipped with a pad grinding knife, which can be activated to repair the surface of the pad when the pad surface is uneven. When the pad becomes thin, there is also an upper shaft automatic difference function.

    6. The overall design concept is advanced and has high technological content, making it an essential tool for matching high-speed digital printing machines and making single-order cartons.
