The SFK410 fully servo-driven, infinitely extensible high-speed slotter is another high-end slotter designed for digital printing machines, following the DSK1600 fully servo-driven slotter. Its main features include short changeover time, high precision, high speed, and the ability to switch freely between cardboard widths of 200 mm and unlimited width, avoiding the need to repeatedly purchase slotting equipment due to changes in carton size. This greatly facilitates daily production for corrugated box manufacturers.
Technical Highlights
1. Servo-Driven, Pressure-Free Leading-Edge Paper Feeding: High technology content and leading technology, does not damage the corrugated board, effectively maintaining the physical strength of the carton. 2. One-button positioning of the side guides and rear support carriage, precise and efficient, with millimeter-level changeover error.

The rear support carriage is equipped with a cross switch, which allows for electric micro-adjustment of the carriage's front-to-back and height, effectively ensuring smooth paper feeding for various warped cardboard. The semi-hidden roller bar of the rear support carriage is also unique to our company; it effectively controls the number of sheets at the bottom of the suction platform for different width cardboard, preventing paper slippage during feeding.
4. All three scoring lines use high-wear-resistant, high-strength rubber materials, and each scoring wheel uses different hardness to gradually break down the corrugation and shape it, ensuring that the carton is not easily broken and can be perfectly shaped, laying the groundwork for subsequent fully automatic gluing and nailing.
5. The slotting knives are imported from the USA, and the glue pads are imported from Italy, "Austin" brand.
6. The principle of infinite extension is that the slotting knife shaft is fully servo-controlled to rotate according to the different widths of the carton, similar to the principle of cross-cutting the cardboard. It starts and stops according to instructions to complete the opening and cutting of the carton. Each set of knife discs is equipped with a suction-type synchronous conveyor belt on one side to facilitate the smooth transfer of extra-small cardboard.
7. Patented design of the corner trimming function. Regardless of the length of the cardboard, any excess part is trimmed at the same time as the corner cutting, effectively solving the problem of difficult trimming for two-page boxes.
