Main Structure and Principle
The GSB high-speed digital printer is the second-generation digital printing equipment developed by our company. Based on the first generation, it has undergone multiple optimizations and improvements. The entire machine uses a genuine Epson I3200A1 printhead imported from Japan. The ink supply method has been upgraded from the original siphon ink supply to a two-stage negative pressure ink supply, saving ink and improving printing fluency. It meets the needs of carton factories for mass production, representing a revolution in carton manufacturing and providing endless impetus for the future development of carton factories.
Technical Highlights
1. Based on the characteristics of longitudinal paper feeding, a fully servo paper feeding platform has been specially designed. The platform is equipped with multiple rows of rollers to reduce the resistance during paper feeding. The rear paper support carriage and the rear baffle are servo-controlled, and can be positioned with one button. The entire platform is designed as a floating type, moving left and right according to the width of the cardboard. Regardless of the size of the cardboard, paper can be smoothly placed. This is a unique paper feeding platform currently available in high-speed printers.
2. The paper feeding method of the printing mainframe is five-axis servo pressure-free paper feeding. This leading-edge paper feeding method is independently developed by our company, featuring advanced technology, high technological content, and independent after-sales service capabilities.
3. The main air box of the printer is designed for segmented air control. The belt is a perforated synchronous belt, which can stably adsorb the cardboard and prevent belt slippage. It is driven by a servo motor.
4. The printer engine uses full computer control. The printhead is a four-channel printhead, spraying red, yellow, blue, and black inks at once, resulting in beautiful and precise images.
5. To adapt to different temperature environments, our company has uniquely designed a whole-machine heating and humidification function, eliminating the need for an air-conditioned room for the printer and allowing it to adapt to any high-temperature environment from -5° to 40°.
6. The GSB high-speed digital printer provides the optimal solution for the production of both single and multiple orders of cartons. Its features include fast order changeover, no plate making required, no machine washing required, high printing accuracy, low operating costs, and exquisite images. The printing ink uses environmentally friendly water-based dye ink, eliminating the need for environmental impact assessment procedures to achieve carton printing and forming.
